Constructor of the Year, 2013

In 2013, Ircon Ltd. was recognized as Builder of the Year in the Non-Residential Construction category. Organized by Stroitelstvo Imoti, the award reflects Ircon Ltd.'s work in one of the company's core areas of expertise: engineering and construction of buildings outside the residential sector.

Building of the Year 2025, Bulgaria National Contest

In 2025, SunoTech received the First Award in the Office Buildings category of the Bulgarian national Building of the Year contest. The recognition highlights the project among the notable office-building achievements of the year and represents an important distinction in the Bulgarian construction and engineering sector. The award names Ircon & Partners Ltd. in connection with the project.

Constructor of the Year, 2011

In 2011, Engineer Michail Tzankov and Ircon Ltd. were recognised in the Constructor of the Year competition in the non-residential construction category, with the Arena Armeec hall in Sofia – today's Arena Sofia – named on the certificate. The distinction forms part of Ircon Ltd.’s earlier history of professional recognition and demonstrates the company’s involvement in substantial non-residential construction work.

Constructor of the Year, 2015

In 2015, Ircon Ltd. received the Second Prize in the Constructor of the Year recognition organised by Строителство Имоти. The distinction adds to the company’s record of professional recognition and reflects its continued activity in the construction and real-estate sector during a period of significant project development.

European Scientific & Cultural Community

Design Bureau Ircon Ltd. received a certificate from the Council of European Scientific and Cultural Community recognising its contribution to the development of the Bulgarian economy, innovative management and social responsibility.
