Inter Expo and Congress Center is one of the modern symbols in Sofia’s development. The complex is a multifunctional center for arranging presentations, congresses and conferences. It consists of six exhibition pavilions and one central multifunctional building. Ircon Ltd. is the head designer for this complex. Ivan Velchev is the head architect.

It is not by chance that Bellissimo Business Center in Sofia won the award for Building of 2006, after it overcame 98 other competitors in the National Competition. Besides the big prize Bellissimo took the award for the most best looking public building with business functions. The building was designed by architectural studio Elite, and the engineer parts are a project of Ircon Ltd.

Nestle Bulgaria AD, part of the world’s leader in the food, industries put their trust twice to Ircon Lrd. Nestle’s distribution center is a modern logistic building designed for preserving and distributing Nestle’s production. This distribution center is a high shelf warehouse, equipped with modern security systems. It was designed in 2004 and realized in 2008.

The multifunctional Sofia Sports Arena is one unique sports facility, built for the very first time in Bulgaria. The hall’s seating capacity will be a total of 12000 and will be a great acquisition for the capital. Its design will be done by Ircon Ltd., Glavbolgarstroi AD (Public Limited Company) and Tilev Architects Ltd.

Dry mix plant Baumit is located in the town of Elin Pelin. It sets an example for a high technological production in combination with European ecological standards. Characteristic feature of the complex is the plant’s tower – a steel stand as high as 62.5 m. and it’s one of the highest artificial spots in the Sofia plain. Ircon Ltd. is head designer of the plant, and the technology and the productive know-how are consigned to the client.
